Finding the practice that’s just for you

Mindfulness- based practices range from sitting, moving, doing exercises, digging deeper and arriving at a new understanding of things. Hundreds of people have tried mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, stress-reduction, Socratic inquiry or therapy but knowing what works for you specifically will allow for desired changes to happen faster.

Clients have reported experiencing changes in one or a few sessions in areas they have struggled with for years.

Try individual sessions if you experience fear, anxiety, health conditions that you have not been able to alleviate. Sessions are also useful if you experience lack of clarity or indecision, frustration in relationships, inability to feel centered, happy or fulfilled.
