About the Founder

Natalia Cepeda, M.A. is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor by the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness. Also certified Mindful Schools teacher, Option Process® counselor, and E-YRT yoga teacher. She has trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Natalia has spent her whole life teaching and counseling, which allows her to quickly tune into every individual's potential for healing and thriving. She has been a public speaker on metaphysical, spiritual and philosophical studies for 15 years. Currently, Natalia teaches mindfulness for the Cambridge Public Schools district, and MBSR Programs for the Cambridge Health Alliance Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. She has a private practice where she does trauma-sensitive mindfulness and cognitive-based therapy one-on-one.

How do we meet? Our one-on-one sessions primarily take place online via video calls, but can also be conducted over the phone. Group classes and in-person sessions are conducted at business sites.
